| STEP 1 Access the database by selecting the admin link at the bottom of every page. You will need a username and password which will be provided by the website administration. If you forget your username or password simply click on the link "click here" and it will be email to the address provide by the administrator |

| STEP 2 After login you will be presented with a list of areas to edit. For our example we have one area name "Sample" .On the far right of the bar is a label named "Submissions". Click on the link "VIEW" and proceed to step 3. |

| STEP 3 This screen will display the current information located on your website. Select "EDIT" to make any changes to the site You can also export any data if the database is set up to collect user information into Excel or a print ready version during this step. |
